Ryan Lancaster was born in St. Louis, Missouri, the American birth place of paintless dent repair. Ryan, grew up surrounded by the auto industry, and was destined to enter this field. Ryan’s father was a self-made business man who owned an auto body shop and his mother was employed at a local Chevy dealership. Additionally, an uncle of Ryan’s, who was an icon in the early stages of the paintless dent repair industry, introduced Ryan to the art of paintless dent repair. Years of practice to perfect his art ensued and Ryan went on to be formally trained at an internationally known company in St. Louis. After receiving rigorous training, he became a Certified Master Technician.
Once learning the trade of paintless dent repair, Ryan relocated to Memphis, Tennessee where he gained further experience in his field. His involvements included, but were not limited to, working with large car dealerships, services drives, and the Memphis Auto Auction. Later, Ryan transferred back to St. Louis with the same company and secured the Avis Car Rental account. Ryan enjoyed his trade but wanted to build something bigger.
